Our antiseptic e.o. blends are described on this page. Four Thieves were eveloped according to the legend about the four thieves in 15th century England who used these and other aromatics to protect themselves while robbing plague victims. The blends were designed to be as much antiseptic as essential oils could be. They contain only 100% pure essential oils, with no carrier oils. Four Thieves Cinnamon oil is extracted from leaves, instead of bark, making it more environmentally friendly.

Essential oils: Clove, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Cinnamon leaves.
Applications: disinfect air, feet fungus, bacterial inflammations, tooth ache, gastrointestinal problems (some use it but we strongly discourage). Before the application make a skin test as some ingredients are strong skin irritants, sensitizing, and damage mucous membranes.

This blend contains only pure essential oils that have been researched for anti-microbial properties. The e.o. are carefully blended into a powerful clean scent. It is safe for soaps and your custom cleaning formulas. Do not use on surfaces without diluting. It is very strong. Results of some of the studies mentioned can be found in the World Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology. Cinnamon e.o., the strongest sensitizer, is absent - in case you have already acquired allergy to it, so you may use it as a replacement for the blends listed above.
