This blend was designed to ease pain caused by injuries, bruising and relieve muscle tensions. It contains only 100% pure essential oils, so it may be diluted with your favorite carrier oil for massage applications. Only 15 drops of this blend is enough to make 1 oz. of ready to use massage oil, but occasionally may be used undiluted on small skin areas, but check for skin sensitivity (Clove and Wintergreen oils may cause problems).
