Obtained by solvent extraction of the beans (pods). Brownish very thick oil with rich balsamic vanilla odour.
Main Components: Vanillin, vanillic acid, p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde.

Applications*: anxiety, depression, stress, nausea, used in cooking and perfumery.
