Bay Laurel from Crete (Greece) is obtained by steam distillation of the dry leaves. Greenish/yellow oil with a pleasant, spicy somewhat medicinal odor. The dry out notes are much finer than eucalyptus or cajupet. The aroma is clean and has a faint fruitiness.

Main Components: cineol, pinene, linalool.
