Obtained by steam distillation of the needles and twigs. This essential oil is pale yellow or greenish with sweet balsamic coniferous fragrance.
Main Components: pinene, carene, limonene, camphene, bornyl acetate.

Applications*: muscular aches, rheumatism, arthritis, anexiety, stress, respiratory tract problems (but may increase bronchial spasms), grounding.
